With just three weeks to go until OTS 2021, we can confirm, that, as stated in previous correspondence, OTS can 100% take place with the current COVID restrictions (Step 3). As we don’t know how the Government’s announcement will go on the 21st June, we have made the decision to plan the show within the Step 3 guidelines, which in summary include:
- Face masks compulsory indoors (apart from sitting down to eat or for meetings)
- 2m social distancing or 1m+ with risk mitigation if 2m is not viable
- Groups of 6 people or 2 households indoors
- Maximum of 1,000 visitors (at any one time inside the hall) -the maximum daily attendance at OTS 2019 was just under 600
- We recommend pre-registration to avoid queueing and reduce touch points – EVEN IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED IN PREVIOUS YEARS
- REQUEST TO ALL EXHIBITORS AND VISITORS TO TAKE A RAPID LATERAL FLOW TEST 24H BEFORE ATTENDING OTS
