They also utilise the natural insulation properties of cork to help keep food and drink hot or cold in the great outdoors. The double-walled Koppen Mug and Slurken Vacuum Mug are a great solutions for enjoying a cuppa on the go and the Preppen Vacuum Jug 0.7L will keep food hot or cold, as needed, for a nourishing meal in nature.
Hanwag
In SS22, Hanwag will introduce a brand new product family called ‘Blueridge’. This new range of walking boots and shoes is designed for hikers who enjoy day trips into nature with light packs. Lightweight and with superior cushioning underfoot, these new models feature Hanwag’s Blueridge 3D Breathfit technology to deliver a great fit which compliments the foot’s anatomy and improves vapour circulation, keeping the wearer’s feet dry and comfortable. These European-made styles are also 100% PFC free, all materials are sourced from Europe and recycled materials are used where possible, including a 100% recycled Eco-Shell lining and a 40% recycled heel reinforcement.
The Bavarian bootmaker is also adding a new boot to its popular Makra family of high-performance rock boots. The new Makra Light caters to the demand for lightweight, low cut boots that we’re seeing from end-users, while providing the support and technical features required to comfortably and safely navigate rocky and exposed terrain. A new Vibram sole package features a multi-directional profile design with a climbing zone for scrambling, and Hanwag PrismBase technology ensures that the Makra Light will see trekkers through thick and thin, in all conditions.
